Criteria: Have an HSD or GED Have no or minimal employment history in the WBLOJT occupation Can commit to the level of effort (at least 12 hours a month) When required, can answer pre- and post-skill assessments Can commute to and from the WBLOJT employer’s host site Can communicate and produce progress updates for their EF PO upon request Can pursue and obtain employment following completion of the WBLOJT A WBLOJT should be in an in-demand career within the local area and can be demonstrated through: LMI Gateway analytics print-out O*NET Online employment outlook print-out Local job boards and/or Connecting Colorado Pre-employment offer letter Other documentation that supports the employment opportunity is in-demand or in a growing industry in the local labor market Indicate the geographic areas where this component is offered.
