How does the State agency ensure E&T participants receive targeted case management services through an efficient administrative process, per 7 CFR 273.7(c)(6)(ii)? The State ensures all E&T participants receive targeted case management services through a combination of policy requirements, system tracking, and oversight. Each EF PO is required to describe their local case management approach in their annual Program Operator Plan, including how they provide individualized, client-centered case management and service delivery. All EF POs use the comprehensive employability assessment and an IEP to determine the services each participant needs to successfully engage in E&T components. These tools guide decisions about appropriate referrals, training, supportive services, and employment goals. The IEP must be updated at least every 120 days to ensure services remain relevant. At the administrative level, the State E&T team monitors compliance through data reports that track IEP engagement, component enrollment, and the issuance of supportive service payments. These reports allow the State to identify whether participants are receiving case management services at the required frequency and whether services are aligned with their assigned components. This process ensures targeted case management is consistently delivered across the state. 32
