Within 30 days of an ME occurring, a report summarizing the ME will be sent to the EF PO. The EF PO also receives an action plan identifying agency best practices, areas for opportunity, and areas requiring change.
EF POs are provided a specified timeframe to address any areas requiring change that the State EF team then verifies. Failure to resolve any areas requiring change by their assigned due date will result in a performance finding, which may impact future allocations to TPPs or County EF PO plans and budgets.
Reference the FFY2026 Employment First Management Evaluations Memo for more details.
Please note that program requirements laid out in this handbook are in alignment with Colorado’s federally approved EF State Plan and the TPP Statement of Work and are subject to review in oversight and MEs.
