(d) The outpatient treatment supervisor shall, when the person is placed on outpatient status at least three months, submit at 90-day intervals to the court, the public officer, pursuant to Section 5114, and counsel of the person named in the petition and to the supervisor or professional person in charge of the licensed health facility, when appropriate, a report setting forth the status and progress of the person named in the petition. Notwithstanding the length of the outpatient status, a final report shall be submitted by the outpatient treatment supervisor at the conclusion of the 180-day commitment setting forth the status and progress of the person.
