.843 Data Collection

The CWD shall collect data in accordance with CDSS statistical reporting requirements. (See Sections 26-010 and 26-020.) Those counties which are totally geographically excluded shall also collect the data described in Sections 63-407.843(a) and (g). The data shall include, but not be limited to the following: (a) Number of newly work registered individuals. (b) Number of work registrants deferred from participation, separated by reason for deferral. (c) Number of individuals granted geographical exemption. (d) Number of volunteers who begin participating, by component. (e) Number of mandatory participants who begin, by component. (f) Number of work registrants sent a notice of action informing them of the disqualification and applicants denied certification for failure to comply with the program requirements.
