The provision changes the sunset date of the qualified alternative fuel vehicle refueling property credit from property placed in service after December 31, 2032, to property placed in service after June 30, 2026.
California does not conform to the alternative fuel vehicle refueling property credit. As a result, California does not conform to the changes made by this provision.
