The provision changes the sunset date of the qualified commercial clean vehicle credit from vehicles acquired after December 31, 2032, to vehicles acquired after September 30, 2025.

California does not conform to the commercial clean vehicles credit. As a result, California does not conform to the changes made by this provision.
