transmit no later than five calendar days from the date received; b) For voter registration forms received within five calendar days of the voter registration deadline for an election, take reasonable steps to ensure the voter registration application is: i. Delivered to the County Recorder where the member of the public resides before the close of business on the registration deadline; ii. Postmarked at least 29 calendar days before the date of the election if delivered by mail; or iii. Received by the County Recorder where the member of the public resides via first class mail within five calendar days of the registration deadline, if dated at least 29 calendar days before the election. c) For the purposes of transmitting voter registration forms, the ‘date received’ is: i. For in-person applications, the date the voter registration form is delivered to the Employee or Community Navigator; ii. For fax applications, the date on the fax cover sheet; iii.
