The aggregate quantity of goods described in U.S. note 2 to this subchapter of Dominican Republic entered under subheading 9915.04.79 during the period from March 1, 2007 through December 31, 2007 shall not exceed 240 metric tons.The aggregate quantity of such goods of Dominican Republic entered under subheading 9915.04.79 in any calendar year enumerated below shall not exceed the quantity specified for that year.
