Participation as a fuel supplier within the State of Wyoming's energy assistance programs, specifically the Low Income Energy Assistance Program (LIEAP), is formally governed by the Fuel Supplier Rights and Responsibilities Agreement. This agreement delineates the terms, conditions, and obligations that must be adhered to by any entity providing heating fuel services in connection with these programs. 9.4 How do you assure that no household receiving assistance under this title will be treated adversely because of their receipt of LIHEAP assistance? To ensure adherence to the Fuel Supplier Rights and Responsibilities Agreement, a systematic program of quarterly compliance reviews will be implemented. This program will involve the random sampling of vendor invoices submitted by participating fuel suppliers. The objective of these reviews is to verify complete conformity with all terms and conditions stipulated within the aforementioned agreement, thereby maintaining program integrity and accountability. 9.5.
