Perform a re-determination of eligibility whenever a change is reported and ensure it remains an accurate reflection of the likely situation for the benefit month.

ECAREs documents the date of the re-determination in the case record in all instances recording the information and method used to arrive at the best estimate.

C.. Take the appropriate action on the case for each program within the time frames specified:

From the date of the change when there is an increase in the benefit level for the assistance unit, a change in provider or address; or

Process a termination for ineligibility by terminating existing authorizations; do not close the child care case on ECARES.
