Caseload Management Caseload Allocation Methodology For the 2025 caseload allocation, the State will look at the last three years’ average caseload of each Local Agency and weight the averages at .5 for FY 2024, .3 for FY 2023 and .2 for FY 2022. This figure will then be assigned to the Local Agency for the FY 2025.
