The plan was also sent to the Weatherization partner agency and subgrantee. The public hearing for participation was a virtual meeting on June 27, 2025. Suggestions were made to double-check grammar and look at income limits for repair or replacement. Update and correct address for West Virginia Community Action Agencies. Sugestion on adding HEAT and EAT, WV does not do that program. Most were questions on getting assistance that had nothing to do with the state plan. 11.5 What changes did you make to your LIHEAP plan as a result of public participation and solicitation of input? Since what was posted was the draft, grammar was looked at. Verified and corrected any address that needed updated.
