• Medicare Part A; • Medicaid; • CHIP; • Medical coverage received from an employer, including TRICARE; • Medical coverage received by Secretary of Veterans Affairs; • Health plan received from Peace Corps Volunteers; • Nonappropriated Fund Health Benefits Program of the Department of Defense; ▪ Employer-Sponsored Plan • Coverage under an eligible employer-sponsored plan ▪ Plans in the individual market • Coverage under a health plan offered in the individual market within a State ▪ Grandfathered health plan • Coverage under a grandfathered health plan ▪ Other coverage • Such other health benefits coverage such as a State health benefits risk pool

• They must not be actively enrolled in any Medicaid coverage groups;

• They must not be required to be assessed for other Medicaid coverage;

• They must be allowed to self-attest to income and insurance status;

• The must assign rights to medical support and payments for medical care from any third party, see Section 23.2.
