26.10 RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT The resource development policies in Chapter 8 do not apply to Medicaid Work Incentive (M- WIN). The client may be encouraged to apply for other benefits, such as, but not limited to, Workers’ Compensation or Unemployment Compensation, if he loses employment, but there is no requirement to seek other benefits.
