24.35 BILLING PROCEDURES AND PAYMENT AMOUNTS Payment to the case management agencies is the responsibility of the Bureau for Medical Services (BMS) and its contract agency. The BMS contract agency maintains a Provider Services helpline for vendor questions. All inquiries from case management agencies, service providers, or vendors about billing must be referred to Provider Services. See Appendix E.
