24.25 SPECIAL ELIGIBILITY SYSTEM INSTRUCTIONS Supplemental Security Income (SSI) recipients and Deemed SSI recipients who participate in intermediate care facilities for individuals with intellectual disabilities (ICF/IID) are coded in the eligibility system. SSI and Deemed SSI recipients remain in the same category while also being dually coded as ICF/IID clients.
