24.23 BENEFIT REPAYMENT 24.23.1 CLIENT REPAYMENT When payment for Intermediate Care Facilities for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (ICF/IID) services is made for a client who is ineligible for such payment, only eligible for a lower benefit, or ineligible for Medicaid, repayment is pursued as specified in Chapter 11. 24.23.2 PROVIDER FRAUD When fraud on the part of an ICF/IID service provider, facility, or other Medicaid provider is suspected, the procedures in Chapter 11 are followed. 24.23.3 ESTATE RECOVERY Estate recovery applies to ICF/IID cases. See Section 24.11.
