24.20 ASSETS The determination of countable assets for Intermediate Care Facilities for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (ICF/IID) cases is determined in the same way as for Supplemental Security Income (SSI)-Related Medicaid. Assets are compared to the limit for a single individual. See Chapter 5. Transfer of resources, transfer of resources penalties, and spousal asset assessment policies apply, see Section 24.8.
