24.18 ELIGIBILITY DETERMINATION GROUPS 24.18.1 THE ASSISTANCE GROUP (AG) The resident of the Intermediate Care Facility for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (ICF/IID) is the only person in the AG. 24.18.2 THE INCOME GROUP (IG) Only the income of the ICF/IID client is counted. 24.18.3 THE NEEDS GROUP (NG) Monthly gross countable income is compared to 300% of the Supplemental Security Income (SSI) payment level for a single individual. 24.18.4 CASE COMPOSITION Only the resident of the ICF/IID is included in the case.
