22.13 BENEFIT REPLACEMENT The West Virginia Children’s Health Insurance Program (WVCHIP) is responsible for the replacement of WVCHIP member cards. WVCHIP member cards are not replaced through the eligibility system. The Worker or client may contact the WVCHIP Helpline at 1 (877) 982-2447 or the Department of Human Services’ (DOHS) fiscal agent.
