There are no Medicaid requirements for expedited processing. Cases are approved in the order in which eligibility is established. For application processing time limits, see Section 1.6.6 Agency Delays and Agency Time Limits within each coverage group. 1.6.8 ELIGIBILITY SYSTEM ACTION Regardless of the eligibility decision, all applications must be processed, and eligibility system action is required to complete the application process. Each application requires eligibility system action to approve, deny or withdraw.
