15.2.3.O I-688 B Employment Authorization Card Issued by USCIS to noncitizens granted temporary employment authorization in the U.S. The expiration date is noted on the face of the card.

15.2.3.P I-797 Family Unity Approval Notice Amnesty noncitizens’ spouses and children who have been in the U.S. since before May 5, 1988, may be eligible for Family Unity. Noncitizens granted Family Unity will receive an I-797. Family Unity recipients can use the I-797 to apply for an I-688 B, employment authorization document.
