Permitted uses.

The designation by the department of natural resources of any farmland in this state, for which a claim under this section may be filed, as part of the ice age trail, under s. 23.17, is a permitted use under a farmland preservation agreement, or a certificate of a zoning authority, under sub. (1) (b).
