“Account” has the meaning given in s. 49.853 (1) (a).

“Financial institution” has the meaning given in s. 49.853 (1) (c).

“Lien” means a lien under this section or a lien in favor of another state based on a support obligation, including a lien placed under s. 769.305 (2) (g).
