A nursing facility shall do all of the following: 1.

Require that the health care of every nursing facility resident be provided under the supervision of a physician.
(2)#
Provide for the availability of a physician to furnish necessary medical care in case of emergency.

Maintain clinical records on all nursing facility residents which include all of the following: a. Written plans of care, as required under par. (b). b. Assessments, as required under par. (c). c. Results of any preadmission screening conducted under s. 49.45 (6c) (b).
