Any operator or owner of a nursing facility which is in violation of this section or any rule promulgated under this section may be subject to the following forfeitures: 1.
(1)#
A class “1” violation may be subject to a forfeiture of not more than $250 for each violation.
(2)#
A class “2” violation may be subject to a forfeiture of not more than $125 for each violation.
(3)#
A class “3” violation may be subject to a forfeiture of not more than $60 for each violation.
