The department shall audit and pay, from the appropriation accounts under s. 20.435 (4) (b), (gm), and (o), allowable charges to a provider who is certified under s. 49.45 (2) (a) 11. for medical assistance on behalf of a woman who meets the requirements under sub. (2) for all benefits and services specified under s. 49.46 (2).
