Payments for certain services.

Beginning on January 1, 2003, the department may, from the appropriation account under s. 20.435 (7) (b), make Medical Assistance payments to providers for covered services under ss. 49.46 (2) (a) 4. d. and (b) 6. j. and m. and 49.471 (11) (f) that are provided before January 1, 2012.
