When the department submits a copy of the reevaluation of the need standard and payment standard under sub. (11), as required by 42 USC 602 (h), the department shall submit a copy of that reevaluation to the chief clerk of each house of the legislature for distribution to the legislature in the manner provided under s. 13.172 (3).
