Eligibility based on the child’s age.

Notwithstanding sub. (1m) (intro.) and (a) (intro.), an individual does not lose eligibility for a child care subsidy for a child who attains the age of 13 or, if the child is disabled, attains the age of 19 until the department or the county department or agency redetermines the individual’s eligibility.
