Review of eligibility.

A Wisconsin works agency shall periodically review an individual’s eligibility. The individual remains eligible under sub. (3) until the Wisconsin works group’s assets or income is expected to exceed the asset or income limit under sub. (3) for at least 2 consecutive months.
