Description of the Major Program Benefits, Services, and Activities: Wisconsin provides grants to local domestic violence service providers to assist victims of domestic violence who may have suffered from physical, sexual, economic, emotional, and/or psychological abuse from an intimate partner or family member. Services are provided to adults and children.

3. Purpose(s) of Benefit or Service Program: TANF Purpose (a): Provide assistance to needy families so that children may be cared for in their own homes or in the homes of relatives.
