Financial Eligibility Criteria for Receiving MOE-funded Program Benefits or Services: W-2 Participants who find unsubsidized employment while in W-2 who were previously in a paid placement are eligible for Case Management Follow- up Services and Case Management Services Follow-up Plus. To be eligible for W-2, participants have passed the W-2 income eligibility test of 115% FPL.
