10.4.1 W-2 Payment Statement

When reductions are applied to the W-2 Wisconsin Works payment, participants receive a Wisconsin Works Payment Statement (BIL1) prior to payment issuance, indicating:

The gross payment amount;

Any reductions due to missed hours;

Learnfare reductions;

Drug felon penalties;

Recoupments; and

The net payment.
