7.3.6 TEMP Time Limits

W-2 Wisconsin Works participation in TEMP Trial Employment Match Program is limited to 24 cumulative months. (See 2.10.3 ) TMP Custodial Parent Trial Employment Match Program and TNP Noncustodial Parent Trial Employment Match Program placements count toward one 24-month TEMP eligibility time limit.

Time spent in TEMP counts toward the state 48-month lifetime limit. (See 2.10.2 )

Months accumulated in TEMP follow the individual regardless of changes in W-2 Group status.
