5.6.3 Workplace Safety for Domestic Abuse Victims

When developing or modifying the EP Employability Plan , the FEP Financial and Employment Planner must take into consideration the results of the Domestic Abuse Screen (see 5.6.1 ) and any follow-up assessment information to ensure the participant can safely engage in assigned W-2 Wisconsin Works activities without risk of violence from a partner.

The FEP should take into consideration for each activity:

Time of day;

Location;

On-site supervision, etc.
