1.5.1.1 Conducting W-2 Eligibility Reviews Virtually

During a virtual W-2 eligibility review, the FEP Financial and Employment Planner must review the participant’s eligibility information and notify them of all verification items and required forms that must be submitted.

After conducting a virtual W-2 eligibility review, the FEP must:

Summarize information from the interview;

Collect the participant’s signature;

Generate a current Case Summary; and

Send the Case Summary and other required forms to the participant unless they prefer to pick them up at the W-2 agency.
