1.2.4.1 Public Workforce System

W-2 agencies must establish and maintain effective relationships with the following workforce providers and programs:

Job Service programs;

FSET FoodShare Employment and Training programs;

Refugee Employment and Training providers, and other services provided by VOLAG Voluntary Resettlement Agencies and MAA Mutual Assistance Associations ;

Workforce Development Boards and services provided through WIOA Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act programs, including Youth, Adult and Dislocated Worker programs;

Adult literacy providers;

Adult job training administered by the Wisconsin Technical Colleges;

RISE Partnership for Wisconsin;

DVR Division of Vocational Rehabilitation ;

Veteran’s Employment Relations Teams;

CAP Community Action Program Agencies; and

Other local regional business associations, community-based organizations, and economic development programs.
