(((94))) (91) Within the amounts appropriated in this section, 1 the authority shall develop a state plan amendment, rules, and 2 payment policies; complete necessary system changes related to 3 payment processing and provider enrollment; and update managed care 4 contracts and provider communications in anticipation of providing an 5 adult acupuncture benefit. 6 (((95))) (92) Within the amounts appropriated in this section, 7 the authority shall develop a state plan amendment, rules, and 8 payment policies; complete necessary system changes related to 9 payment processing and provider enrollment; and update managed care 10 contracts and provider communications in anticipation of providing an 11 adult chiropractic benefit. 12 (((96))) (93) $640,000 of the general fund—state appropriation 13 for fiscal year 2023 and $655,000 of the general fund—federal 14 appropriation are provided solely for a 20 percent rate increase, 15 effective January 1, 2023, for in-home private duty nursing agencies. 16 (((97))) (94) $180,000 of the general fund—state appropriation 17 for fiscal year 2023 and $187,000 of the general fund—federal 18 appropriation are provided solely for a 10 percent rate increase, 19 effective January 1, 2023, for private duty nursing in medically 20 intensive children's group home settings. 21 (((98))) (95) $140,000 of the general fund—state appropriation 22 for fiscal year 2023 and $266,000 of the general fund—federal 23 appropriation are provided solely for a 10 percent rate increase, 24 effective January 1, 2023, for home health services. 25 (((99))) (96)(a) $50,000 of the general fund—state appropriation 26 for fiscal year 2022 and $150,000 of the general fund—state 27 appropriation for fiscal year 2023 are provided solely for the 28 authority to provide a report on psilocybin services wellness and 29 opportunities in consultation with stakeholders as described in this 30 subsection. 31 (b) The director of the authority, or the director's designee, 32 must chair the stakeholder group. 33 (c) The stakeholder group must include, but not be limited to, 34 the following members: 35 (i) The secretary of the department of health or the secretary's 36 designee; 37 (ii) The director of the liquor and cannabis board or the 38 director's designee; 39 p. 985 ESSB 5187.SL
