$140,058,000 1 The appropriations in this section are subject to the following 2 conditions and limitations: 3 (1) The special commitment center may use funds appropriated in 4 this subsection to purchase goods and supplies through hospital group 5 purchasing organizations when it is cost-effective to do so. 6 (2) $1,204,000 of the general fund—state appropriation for fiscal 7 year 2022 and $1,079,000 of the general fund—state appropriation for 8 fiscal year 2023 are provided solely for specialized equipment and 9 additional medical staff to provide more capacity to deliver care to 10 individuals housed at the total confinement facility.
