PART XII 1 HUMAN SERVICES 2 SUPPLEMENTAL 3 Sec. 1201. 2022 c 297 s 201 (uncodified) is amended to read as 4 follows: 5 FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL AND HEALTH SERVICES 6 (1) The appropriations to the department of social and health 7 services in this act shall be expended for the programs and in the 8 amounts specified in this act. Appropriations made in this act to the 9 department of social and health services shall initially be allotted 10 as required by this act.
