(iii) Term of the project in state fiscal years across all 1 biennia to reflect the start of the project through the end of the 2 project; 3 (iv) Total project cost from start date through the end date of 4 the project in total dollars, and a subtotal of near general fund 5 outlook; 6 (v) Near general fund outlook budget and actual spending in total 7 dollars and by fiscal month for central service agencies that bill 8 out project costs; 9 (vi) Start date of maintenance and operations; 10 (vii) Estimated annual state fiscal year cost of maintenance and 11 operations after implementation and close out; 12 (viii) Actual spending by state fiscal year and in total for 13 state fiscal years that have closed; 14 (ix) Date a feasibility study was completed; and 15 (x) A list of funding received by fiscal year by enacted session 16 law, and how much was received citing chapter law as a list of 17 funding provided by fiscal year. 18 (b) The office of the chief information officer may recommend 19 additional elements to include but must have agreement with 20 legislative fiscal committees and the office of financial management 21 prior to including additional elements. 22 (c) The agency must ensure timely posting of project data on the 23 statewide information technology dashboard for at least each project 24 funded in the budget and under oversight to include, at a minimum, 25 posting on the dashboard: 26 (i) The budget funded level by project for each project under 27 oversight within 30 calendar days of the budget being signed into 28 law; 29 (ii) The project historical expenditures through fiscal year 30 2021, by December 31, 2021, for all projects that started prior to 31 July 1, 2021; 32 (iii) The project historical expenditures through fiscal year 33 2022, by December 31, 2022, for all projects that started prior to 34 July 1, 2022; and 35 (iv) Whether each project has completed a feasibility study. 36 (12) Within existing resources, consolidated technology services 37 must collaborate with the department of enterprise services on the 38 annual contract report that provides information technology contract 39 information.
