If 23 positions are funded with lidded grants or dedicated fund sources 24 with insufficient revenue, additional funding from other sources is 25 not provided. 26 (4) Collective bargaining agreements that are not required to be 27 approved by the legislature under RCW 41.80.010(4)(c)(ii)(A) are not 28 rejected but are left to the institutions delegated to manage those 29 bargained relationships under state employee collective bargaining 30 law.
