(21) $46,000 of the workforce education investment account—state 1 appropriation is provided solely for the administration of the 2 students experiencing homelessness program pursuant to Engrossed 3 Substitute Senate Bill No. 5702 (student homelessness pilot). If the 4 bill is not enacted by June 30, 2023, the amount provided in this 5 subsection shall lapse. 6 (22) $400,000 of the workforce education investment account—state 7 appropriation is provided solely for implementation of Substitute 8 Senate Bill No. 5687 (wrestling grant program). If the bill is not 9 enacted by June 30, 2023, the amount provided in this subsection 10 shall lapse. 11 (23) $356,000 of the workforce education investment account—state 12 appropriation is provided solely for the Washington student 13 achievement council to staff the workforce education investment 14 accountability and oversight board as provided in Engrossed Senate 15 Bill No. 5534 (workforce investment board).
