(2) $52,000 of the general fund—state appropriation for fiscal 1 year 2025 is provided solely for implementation of Substitute House 2 Bill No. 1047 (cosmetic product chemicals). If the bill is not 3 enacted by June 30, 2023, the amount provided in this subsection 4 shall lapse. 5 (3) $20,000 of the general fund—state appropriation for fiscal 6 year 2024 and $20,000 of the general fund—state appropriation for 7 fiscal year 2025 are provided solely for implementation of Engrossed 8 Second Substitute House Bill No. 1110 (middle housing).
