(26) $213,000 of the general fund—state appropriation for fiscal 1 year 2024 and $213,000 of the general fund—state appropriation for 2 fiscal year 2025 are provided solely for implementation of Engrossed 3 Substitute House Bill No. 1469 (health care services/access). If the 4 bill is not enacted by June 30, 2023, the amounts provided in this 5 subsection shall lapse. 6 (27) $158,000 of the general fund—state appropriation for fiscal 7 year 2024 and $153,000 of the general fund—state appropriation for 8 fiscal year 2025 are provided solely for implementation of House Bill 9 No. 1512 (missing persons). If the bill is not enacted by June 30, 10 2023, the amounts provided in this subsection shall lapse. 11 (28) $1,005,000 of the general fund—state appropriation for 12 fiscal year 2024 and $1,005,000 of the general fund—state 13 appropriation for fiscal year 2025 are provided solely for 14 implementation of Substitute House Bill No. 1177 (indigenous women). 15 If the bill is not enacted by June 30, 2023, the amounts provided in 16 this subsection shall lapse. 17 (29) $26,000 of the legal services revolving account—state 18 appropriation is provided solely for implementation of Second 19 Substitute House Bill No. 1470 (private detention facilities). If the 20 bill is not enacted by June 30, 2023, the amount provided in this 21 subsection shall lapse. 22 (30) $75,000 of the legal services revolving account—state 23 appropriation is provided solely for implementation of Substitute 24 House Bill No. 1570 (TNC insurance programs). If the bill is not 25 enacted by June 30, 2023, the amount provided in this subsection 26 shall lapse. 27 (31) $106,000 of the legal services revolving account—state 28 appropriation is provided solely for implementation of Second 29 Substitute House Bill No. 1762 (warehouse employees). If the bill is 30 not enacted by June 30, 2023, the amount provided in this subsection 31 shall lapse. 32 (32) $338,000 of the legal services revolving account—state 33 appropriation is provided solely for implementation of Engrossed 34 Substitute House Bill No. 1175 (petroleum storage tanks).
