The report must include a strategy for developing the financial 1 literacy and capability of youth and young adults exiting foster care 2 and juvenile rehabilitation. The department will develop the report 3 in consultation with stakeholders, including but not limited to: 4 (i) Individuals with disabilities and organizations representing 5 the interests of or serving individuals with disabilities; 6 (ii) Youth in foster care and juvenile rehabilitation and their 7 parents; 8 (iii) The social security administration; and 9 (iv) Other relevant state agencies. 10 (b) The department must provide periodic status updates and must 11 submit the final report no later than October 1, 2024.
