(105) $1,305,000 of the climate commitment account—state 1 appropriation is provided solely for the climate health adaptation 2 initiative. 3 (106) $65,000 of the general fund—state appropriation for fiscal 4 year 2024 is provided solely for implementation of Engrossed 5 Substitute Senate Bill No. 5179 (death with dignity act). If the bill 6 is not enacted by June 30, 2023, the amount provided in this 7 subsection shall lapse. 8 (107) $604,000 of the general fund—state appropriation for fiscal 9 year 2024 and $552,000 of the general fund—state appropriation for 10 fiscal year 2025 are provided solely for implementation of Engrossed 11 Second Substitute Senate Bill No. 5582 (nurse supply). If the bill is 12 not enacted by June 30, 2023, the amounts provided in this subsection 13 shall lapse. 14 (108) $95,000 of the health professions account—state 15 appropriation is provided solely for implementation of Substitute 16 Senate Bill No. 5389 (optometry). If the bill is not enacted by June 17 30, 2023, the amount provided in this subsection shall lapse. 18 (109) $1,205,000 of the health professions account—state 19 appropriation is provided solely for implementation of Substitute 20 Senate Bill No. 5499 (multistate nurse licensure). If the bill is not 21 enacted by June 30, 2023, the amount provided in this subsection 22 shall lapse. 23 (110) $30,000 of the general fund state—appropriation for fiscal 24 year 2024, $25,000 of the general fund—state appropriation for fiscal 25 year 2025, and $52,000 of the health professions account—state 26 appropriation are provided solely for implementation of Substitute 27 Senate Bill No. 5547 (nursing pool transparency). If the bill is not 28 enacted by June 30, 2023, the amounts provided in this subsection 29 shall lapse. 30 (111) $32,000 of the general fund—private/local appropriation is 31 provided solely for implementation of Substitute Senate Bill No. 5569 32 (kidney disease centers).
