(a) The number of people in Washington who are eligible for the 1 program; 2 (b) The number of people in Washington who participated in the 3 program; 4 (c) The average annual participation rate in the program; 5 (d) Participation rates by geographic distribution; and 6 (e) The annual federal funding of the program in Washington. 7 (2) $5,000 of the general fund—state appropriation for fiscal 8 year 2024, $22,000 of the general fund—state appropriation for fiscal 9 year 2025, and $14,000 of the general fund—federal appropriation are 10 provided solely for the implementation of an agreement reached 11 between the governor and the Washington federation of state employees 12 for the language access providers under the provisions of chapter 13 41.56 RCW for the 2023-2025 fiscal biennium as provided in section 14 907 of this act. 15 (3) $85,000 of the general fund—state appropriation for fiscal 16 year 2024 and $85,000 of the general fund—state appropriation for 17 fiscal year 2025 are provided solely to support the joint legislative 18 and executive committee on behavioral health established in section 19 135 of this act. 20 (4) $115,000 of the general fund—state appropriation for fiscal 21 year 2024, $111,000 of the general fund—state appropriation for 22 fiscal year 2025, and $64,000 of the general fund—federal 23 appropriation are provided solely for implementation of Second 24 Substitute House Bill No. 1745 (diversity in clinical trials). If the 25 bill is not enacted by June 30, 2023, the amounts provided in this 26 subsection shall lapse. 27 (5) $100,000 of the general fund—state appropriation for fiscal 28 year 2024, $96,000 of the general fund—state appropriation for fiscal 29 year 2025, and $149,000 of the general fund—federal appropriation are 30 provided solely for implementation of Senate Bill No. 5497 (medicaid 31 expenditures). If the bill is not enacted by June 30, 2023, the 32 amounts provided in this subsection shall lapse. 33 (6) $231,000 of the general fund—state appropriation for fiscal 34 year 2024 and $65,000 of the general fund—federal appropriation are 35 provided solely for implementation of Substitute Senate Bill No. 5304 36 (language access/testing).
